magicgift.ro is the online shop operated by TOP GUIDE S.R.L., a Romanian company registered in 2026, with its registered office in Sat Văcărești, Comuna Drăgănești de Vede, Teleorman County. TOP GUIDE S.R.L. issues the invoices, processes the orders and is responsible for the guarantee; the company details appear on every invoice and in the contractual documents on the website.

What we do

We make personalised artworks that you configure yourself, online, with a real-time preview:

  • star map: the sky as it looked on the date, at the time and place you choose;
  • moon phase: the real phase of the Moon on a specific day, calculated astronomically;
  • map of your place, zodiac sign, solar system and planets on a chosen date;
  • your song: the lyrics of your song, found automatically from the artist and title or written by you, a music player with a QR code, a sound wave;
  • artworks with your photo for a couple, mum, dad, a friend or a newborn, plus the artwork with a built-in speaker.

Depending on the product, you choose the artwork with a wooden frame, on canvas or as a poster, in the sizes shown on the page. Each artwork is made only after we receive the order; we do not sell stock.

How to order

  1. Choose the product and configure it: date, text, colours, photo, type and size.
  2. Check the preview.
  3. Fill in the delivery details and place the order.
  4. Pay cash on delivery to the courier (in Romania) or online by card, via Netopia Payments (Romania) or Stripe (international).

Delivery

In Romania delivery costs 19 RON and takes 2–4 working days (dispatch within 24 hours + 1–3 days of shipping). In other countries, shipping is included in the price and delivery takes 6–11 working days (Monday–Saturday). Details in the Shipping Policy.

Guarantee and returns

You can return any artwork, including personalised ones, within 14 days of delivery, without giving us a reason; you pay for return shipping. If the artwork arrives damaged, defective or different from the order, the return is free of charge and we remake it or refund your money. The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies to all products. Details in the Return Policy and in the Terms and Conditions.
