Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved by your browser on your device. In addition to cookies, we also use similar technologies (measurement pixels, localStorage), described below.

2. What we use

2.1 Strictly necessary (no consent required)

These are required for the website to work: the shopping cart and the order in progress (localStorage), your cookie choice, and login to the administration area.

2.2 Statistics (only with consent)

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): _ga, _ga_* cookies, up to 2 years. Measures the pages visited and the traffic source.
  • Vercel Analytics (Vercel Inc.): aggregated traffic statistics, without identifying cookies.

2.3 Marketing (only with consent)

  • Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.): _gcl_* cookies, up to 90 days. Conversion measurement and remarketing.
  • Meta Pixel, Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): _fbp, fr cookies, up to 90 days.
  • TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, Pinterest Tag: loaded only if they are configured for an active campaign.

How consent works: until you press “Accept” in the cookie banner, Google runs in “consent denied” mode (Google Consent Mode v2, without marketing cookies), Meta Pixel remains revoked, and TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest do not load at all. If you press “Decline”, things stay that way.

2.4 Payments

When paying by card, you are redirected to Netopia Payments or Stripe, which use their own security and anti-fraud cookies.

3. How to change your choice

You can withdraw or give consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page: your choice is deleted and the banner appears again. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge → Privacy / Cookies) and manage your ad preferences at Google and Meta.

4. Legal basis

Romanian Law no. 506/2004 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Strictly necessary technologies do not require consent; statistics and marketing technologies are used only on the basis of your consent. Details about personal data: Privacy Policy.
