We sell personalised wall art configured online by the customer: (a) star map prints — the map of the sky as it looked at the date, time and place chosen by the customer; (b) moon phase prints — the real phase of the Moon on a chosen day and time; (c) prints made from the photo supplied by the customer; (d) pictures made of smooth white bricks, onto which the customer's photo is UV-printed. The products in categories (a)-(c) are delivered, at the customer's choice, framed, on canvas, as a poster or as a high-resolution digital file sent by email. Each product is made to order, according to the configuration, image and specifications provided by the customer.
The price shown on the site includes VAT. A delivery cost of 19 RON within Romania is added to the total; the digital file is sent by email and has no delivery cost.

The price of the products is the one shown on the site at the time the order is placed and includes VAT. Payment can be made in two ways, at the customer's choice:
Orders are processed and delivered by courier within 1-2 business days in Romania and within 5-8 business days in the rest of Europe. The delivery cost is 19 RON within Romania. Full details in the Delivery policy.
Under OUG 34/2014, personalized products (made to order according to the customer's specifications) are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 16 lit. c). This exception applies to all the products the customer configures or personalizes: star map prints, moon phase prints, prints with the customer's photo and pictures built from bricks.
For non-personalized products, the statutory 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal applies in full. The complete procedure, the return address and the withdrawal form are detailed in the Return and refund policy.
All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under Legea 449/2003 and OUG 140/2021. This also applies to personalized products.
In the case of a non-conforming product, you have the right, free of charge, to the repair or replacement of the product, and where these are not possible, to a price reduction or to termination of the contract with a full refund. We guarantee the quality of the print and of the materials used — photo paper, canvas, frames and the UV print on the bricks. The way to submit a request is described in the Return policy.
The customer is solely responsible for the uploaded images. By placing the order, the customer declares that they hold the usage rights over the images provided.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy and GDPR legislation (Reg. UE 2016/679).
Online sales are also governed by Legea 365/2002 on electronic commerce. Any disputes will be settled amicably. Otherwise, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts, and the contract is governed by Romanian law.
