For card payments, the order is confirmed automatically once the processor approves the payment. For cash on delivery, the order is confirmed when it is placed, and the amount is paid to the courier.
When you are entitled to a refund (a return within 14 days of delivery, a damaged, defective or incorrect product, or an order cancelled before production), we refund your money within 14 days at the latest: to the same card, or by bank transfer for orders paid cash on delivery. For returns without a reason, only the actual cost of return shipping is withheld. Details in the Return and Refund Policy.
