Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver throughout Romania, to the other 26 Member States of the European Union, and to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. You choose the country in the order form. Each artwork is made after we receive the order and then handed over to the courier.

For Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom (outside the EU), customs duties and VAT may be charged on import, set by the authorities of the destination country and paid by the recipient. These are not included in the price shown.

  • Romania: FanCourier or Sameday (home delivery) and Sameday easybox (locker collection);
  • Other countries: international courier, with delivery to your address.

2. How much delivery costs

  • Romania: 19 RON per order, regardless of courier, location or number of products. The cost is shown separately in the cart before you place the order.
  • Other countries: shipping is included in the price shown, in your country's currency. The cart shows “Free shipping” and no cost is added at checkout.
  • Gift wrapping (optional): the price is shown on the product page and added visibly in the cart.

There are no other hidden delivery costs.

3. How long it takes: production + shipping

Working days: for deliveries in Romania, Monday to Friday; for deliveries to other countries, Monday to Saturday (for both production and shipping). Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. (Romanian time) go into production on the same working day. During busy periods (holidays) or because of the courier, delivery may take longer; we will let you know if we expect a delay.

4. Confirmation and parcel tracking

  • order confirmation email, with a preview of the artwork and all the details;
  • a message on dispatch (email, SMS or WhatsApp), with the AWB number and the tracking link.

5. If delivery is late

If you have not received the parcel within the estimated time plus 3 working days, write to us and we will check with the courier straight away. If we cannot deliver within 30 days at the latest of the order, you can cancel the order and we will refund your money in full.

6. Parcel damaged on receipt

If the packaging looks damaged, inspect the product in the presence of the courier, if possible, and take a few photos. Send them to us and we will remake the artwork free of charge or refund your money — details in the Return Policy.

7. Refused or uncollected parcels

If you refuse the parcel or do not collect it, the order is treated as a return: if you paid in advance, we refund the amount minus the actual cost of return shipping. Details in the Return Policy.

8. Payment

In Romania you can pay cash on delivery to the courier (cash or card, where available) or online by card via Netopia Payments. For other countries, payment is made online by card via Stripe. Details in the Payment Policy.
