Shipping Policy
1. Delivery methods
We ship throughout Romania and across the rest of Europe. The personalized product is dispatched via the following couriers:
- FanCourier — delivery to the address provided (Romania)
- Sameday — delivery to the address provided (Romania)
- Easybox (Sameday) — pickup from a locker (Romania)
- International courier — for deliveries outside Romania
2. Shipping cost
In Romania, shipping is 19 RON, regardless of the method chosen or the destination. For international orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout, in your local currency, before payment.
3. Delivery time
Every personalized product is made to order, especially for you. Total time from placing the order to receiving it:
- Production: 1 business day (orders placed before 2:00 PM enter production the same day)
- Delivery within Romania: 1-2 business days, depending on the area
- Delivery to the rest of Europe: 5-8 business days
4. Payment methods
At checkout you can choose between:
- Cash on delivery (where available) — you pay the courier when you receive the parcel, in cash or by card.
- Online card — pay quickly and securely by card through the authorized processor — Netopia Payments for orders within Romania, Stripe for international orders. Your card details never reach us.
Whichever method you choose, the price shown is final — there are no hidden costs.
5. Order confirmation
After placing your order you will receive:
- A confirmation email with the order details
- A WhatsApp or SMS message with the tracking number (AWB) when the parcel is handed to the courier
- A tracking link to follow your parcel in real time
6. Uncollected / refused parcels
If you refuse the parcel without a valid reason or do not collect it within the courier's deadline, the full cost of the product and of shipping (both ways) remains your responsibility, in accordance with OUG 34/2014.
