Frequently asked questions
How do I personalise a product from Your Universe Wall Art?
Open the configurator, choose your options (date, place, colours, size, frame) and type your text. The preview updates in real time, so you see exactly what you order before you check out.
Can I see the result before I order?
Yes. Every product has a configurator with a live preview: any change of date, place, colour or text appears on screen instantly, and the print you receive looks the same.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive within 6-11 business days by international courier.
How do I pay?
You can pay cash on delivery (cash or card to the courier) or online by card at checkout.
Does the print fade over time?
No. We print with HP latex ink on 270 gsm premium satin paper. The ink stays on the surface instead of migrating into the fibre, so fine lines and small text stay crisp and the colours keep their depth for years, as long as the piece isn't hung in direct sunlight.
Can I return a personalised product?
Yes. You can return any product, including personalised ones, within 14 days of delivery, without giving us a reason; you pay for return shipping. Damaged, defective or wrongly delivered products are remade or refunded free of charge.
