Yes. The configurator shows the final artwork in real time: any change of date, place, colour, font or text appears instantly in the preview.

Orders leave our workshop within 24 hours, and international courier delivery takes 5-10 business days after dispatch (6-11 business days in total).

In a single size: 50x70 cm, with a wooden frame (black, white or natural). The format is fixed because the silhouette is printed at 1:1 scale, exactly at the height you enter.

Yes, all of it. We write the text as a starting point, but you can rewrite it word by word: names, date, figures, message, the small lines underneath. What you type appears in the preview immediately, so you see exactly how it will print.

No. We print with HP latex ink on 270 gsm premium satin paper. The ink stays on the surface instead of migrating into the fibre, so fine lines and small text stay crisp and the colours keep their depth for years, as long as the piece isn't hung in direct sunlight.

By card, online when you place the order. Cash on delivery is available only for orders inside Romania.

Yes. You can return any product, including personalised ones, within 14 days of delivery, without giving us a reason; you pay for return shipping. Damaged, defective or wrongly delivered products are remade or refunded free of charge.
